Shipping & Returns

Items will ship within two business days, if available, via USPS. Circumstances may arise which could delay shipping, which could include but are not limited to, technical difficulties, or weather.

Returns are accepted for the full price of the item, less postage, if the item is returned unopened in its original packaging*, within 15 days of delivery confirmation.

If item is damaged in shipping, please notify us within 7 days for a full refund, or an exchange if a replacement is available**.

Items may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged if a replacement is available**, within the first 30 days they are received, if the item is defective in material, or workmanship.

Normal wear due to handling, reading, or abuse, is not considered a defect in the material or workmanship.

As each book is assembled by hand, minor imperfections and variations in each book are considered normal, and will not be considered defects.

If the wrapper is opened, the book is considered used and not eligible for return.

As items are assembled by hand, replacements may not be available.
